Placement Assistance cell at ICSM facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of internship and industry seminars for students. Assistance usually includes a combination of career counseling and skills assessment, along with guidance on writing a resume, drafting a cover letter and filling out a job application..ICSM has a Campus to Corporate program in place which helps the students overcome the gap between the classroom and the industry and thus realize their career dreams .The placement cell headed by the Placement Manager and selected student representatives coordinate the placement activities, ICSM Placement cell develops and maintains a close relationship with corporates through guest lectures, corporate get-togethers, industry visits and frequent interaction at both Institute and student level.. The cell is also responsible for organizing final placement Assistance for the students – a continuous process that effectively starts the day a student joins the Institute .Candidate must be Graduate for The job.
